Our Coffee Farming
- Our coffee is farmed by small-scale growers that plant coffee trees in slopes with other local species (faiques, citrus) to reduce erosion and help the conservation of flora and fauna.
- Farmers implement improved waste management practices that consist in the production of compost and organic fertilizer with the residues from the post-harvest process.
- residues from the post-harvest process.

Our coffee has the honey benefit that consist in partially removing the pulp from the coffee fruit and the remaining is left in the bean for fermentation. The coffee beans are dried, threshed, and carefully selected by hand.
