Hello, coffee lovers! I’m Estefania, the founder of Noah's Ark Coffee, inspired by my son Noah. As a mom of two beautiful children Noah & Isabel and two furry babies Max & Pipo, I am thrilled to have you here. I was born and raised in Ecuador, where coffee is not just a drink; it’s part of our soul. Growing up, I watched my grandmother perform the daily ritual of roasting beans, grinding them by hand, and brewing coffee with her cloth sock filter. It was more than just a cup; it was an act of love, patience, and connection. That sacred tradition planted a deep passion in me, one that has grown into something much greater than I ever imagined.

Years later, that love for coffee took on a new meaning when I became a mother to two beautiful children: Noah and Isabel.
💙When our son Noah was diagnosed with autism, our world changed. It was the beginning of a new and unexpected journey that taught us to slow down, to cherish the small joys, and to see life with grace, gratitude, and hope.We celebrate Noah's uniqueness and strengths, embracing the differences that enrich our loving journey. Isabel has been a true blessing, the perfect sister for Noah, and witnessing their bond and love for each other in countless small ways is our greatest joy.

Through this journey, our faith in God deepened. As a family, we leaned into love, resilience, and connection. Noah became our greatest teacher, inspiring us to build something that reflected his light, strength, and authenticity.

And so, Noah’s Ark Coffee was born.
