Noah's Ark Coffee Shipping Policy

At Noah's Ark Coffee, we believe that fresh is best! That's why we roast and blend our coffee just for you, right when you place your order. We take the time to sample each roast, making sure it's of the highest quality so you can enjoy every delicious sip.

 We can't wait for you to try our coffee!

Here is what you can expect from our shipping process:

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders over $50 within the United States.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.  

Please double-check your shipping address to avoid a secondary shipping fee upon checkout.

If you mistyped your address and the products were already shipped, you would be responsible for retrieving them. You can contact the carrier directly to reroute the shipment.

Order Processing & Roasting:

We roast your coffee beans just for you right before you place your order, so you can enjoy the freshest and most flavorful cup possible!

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • We offer the following shipping option

  • USPS Economy

5-8 Business Days

  • USPS Ground Advantage

           2 Business Days

  • UPS Ground

           1 Business Day

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Noah's Ark Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package has been lost or damaged, contact us at welcome@noahsarkcoffee.co as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipment carrier to solve the problem.

  • Returns & Exchanges

  • Noah's Ark Coffee is committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product, contact us at welcome@noahsarkcoffee.co, and we will make it right.
  • You may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges or fees.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
