Crafted with purpose and care, our Single Origin Nicaragua comes from the highlands of San Juan de Rio Coco, where farmers cultivate coffee with deep-rooted tradition and heart. Grown between 1,100 and 1,500 meters, these beans mature slowly, developing a layered flavor profile that reflects the richness of both the land and the people behind it.
Expect a smooth, comforting cup with bold baker’s chocolate, a ribbon of caramel sweetness, and a bright, citrusy finish of orange zest—a profile that’s as vibrant and nuanced as the communities we serve.
This beautifully balanced coffee comes from family-owned farms in the lush highlands of San Juan de Rio Coco, Nicaragua, where over 420 smallholder farmers (including 80 women) grow with care and community at heart.
Sustainably grown and certified organic, this coffee is the product of a cooperative that provides training, resources, and economic opportunity to its members.
